MEET YOUR SAN FERNANDO VALLEY REALTOR

MY BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS

After serving in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant, I began my carrier in real estate as a Real Estate Agent in 2000 working for Fred Sands Realtors. Over the last 10 years of my carrier I have been working with such Real Estate Companies like Coldwell Banker (Sherman Oaks), ERA Winners Group (Sherman Oaks) and Pacific Inter Capital Investment Solutions (Tarzana).

In 2005 I became a Real Estate Broker.

Over the last 10 years I have gained great deal of knowledge and necessary experience for handling the most complicated real estate transactions. I deal with disclosures, title, inspections and legal issues on every-day basis, and so far I have helped hundreds of buyers sellers.

Working with buyers, I protect their interests, trying to find the best available property at the best price, for their benefit. If there are many offers on the property, I consider it my job to make my buyer’s offer stand out.

Helping first-time buyers is my favorite part of the job. It is so exciting to be involved in this process from step one to the final point, when my clients, for the first time in their life, become the owners of the house. I help my clients to make decisions by educating them, so that they better understand the whole process of buying the property, from the simple prequalification to the final inspection. Based on my experience as a loan processor at the Washington Mutual Bank, and as a business analyst at the Countrywide Homes Mortgage, I help my buyers choose the best option for their financing and make sure the they are not taken advantage of by Mortgage Brokers and Direct Lenders.

On my web-site I have plenty of testimonial letters from my former clients, answering the question I asked them: “What qualities, personal and professional, make me the most helpful and efficient real estate broker comparing to the others?”

The answers include the following: patience, determination, professional approach, caring attitude, consideration, balanced loyalty, integrity, hard work, availability, honesty, dedication, responsibility. Becoming my client, you may add something else to this list, so – welcome!

When I represent sellers, I see my primary task in protecting their interests and get the best possible net price for their home in the shortest period of time.  If there are plenty of similar properties on the market, I do my best to make sure that my Listings stand out.

I've helped many sellers that could not pay their mortgage to negotiate a short sale with their bank.

Actually, there are so many things I do for my clients, that it would be easier for me to tell you, what I do not do:

I do not misrepresent facts, lie or withhold any information from my client;

I do not take listings and disappear;

I do not open escrow with my buyers and leave them with their problems;

I do not promise anything that I cannot deliver;

I do not let anyone handle my paperwork. There are some agents in real estate who talk very sweet, but do not know how to do their paperwork. So they have so called “transaction coordinators” to handle it for them. I handle all my paperwork myself.

For the last 5 years I have been a mentor to new realtors teaching them how to work in real estate and be a good agent.  I teach them, among other things, how to handle their paperwork, to hold open houses, to expand their spheres of influence, to write a contract. I explain to them, what can happen in escrow, and how to close a sale. I am happy to be a mentor and to share my knowledge and experience with those, who are just at the beginning of their carriers.

So, in a nutshell, my qualifications are:

Licensed Real Estate Broker (License # 01291875)

Graduate of Northridge University with Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Finance

Member of National Association of Realtors
